Itinerary
- Tourist Office: a brief introduction and presentation of the route, and a description of the first shelter we’ll be talking about during the visit (now destroyed).
- The reproduction of Picasso’s “Guernica”: here we discuss the bombing of Gernika during the Civil War and briefly explain the story behind the painting.
- The exterior of the Assembly House: we will explain all about Gernika’s important place in history.
- Pasealekua: a description of how the bombing of Gernika unfolded.
- The Pasealeku air-raid shelter: a Recreation of the bombing of Gernika.
- The Astra air-raid shelter. End of the tour. (TEMPORARILY CLOSED).
